There is a great deal at Target on beach towels right now. There is a coupon available on Target.com for $2 off a beach towel and a few have been spotted in the dollar section (for $2.50). Therefore, you can get a towel for $0.50.
I cannot find a direct link to the coupons but if you scroll to the bottom of Target.com they are located under the "Target Stores" heading.
