The promotional website says online or in stores, but when I've tried ordering over the phone with promotional codes they seem to act confused in the store. Online ordering can be used for in store pick-up or delivery so it will just save the confusion.
Since it is off a minimum $20 purchase, you must buy at least two pizzas or one pizza with breadsticks and other sides.
