Additionally, if you have an Entertainment Book, there are coupon codes that can also add more to this deal. Entertainment Books vary by location, but I was able to add cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter bottle of Coke for only $0.99.
Even though the pizza deal is carry-out, I recommend ordering online at dominos.com because the Entertainment coupons are for online orders only. I like the online ordering better than the phone because it also allows you to make sure there was no parts of the order lost in translation over the phone.
