In Rite Aid's weekly ad, there is a coupon for $4 off "Ace, Cryomax, Homedics or Thermipaq Host and Cold Packs, Wraps and Supports or Shiatsu Foot or Pillow Massager with Heat."
It turns out that Rite Aid has some Ace cold compresses for less than $4 which makes them free after the coupon.
