Macy's Thanks for Sharing

If you expect to spend at least $250 at Macy's between now and December 31, 2010, please consider enrolling in the Thanks for Sharing program. For a $25 enrollment fee, you will get 10% back on all qualifying purchases between when you sign up and the end of the year. For each enrollment, Macy's will make a donation to local charaties.

The reason I say if you expect to spend at least $250 is because 10% of $250 is $25 and would cover the enrollment free. Anything you spend over the $250 would result in a profit for you.

This is an annual promotion for Macy's card holders so if you don't think you'll spend that much this year, keep the idea on the back burner for future shopping seasons.
