Here's a great deal for anyone that owns a website. Post a holiday gift card from Shutterfly and get a free $25 credit. My last post was my card to all of you, but now I want to tell everyone else how to do it because while it's not too difficult it does take a few steps.
1. Login to Shutterfly
2. Click "Cards and Stationary" and create a holiday card. If you already have one saved to your account, skip to step 3.
3. Click on “My Shutterfly” in the top menu
4. Click on “View all projects” under “My Projects”
4. Select a photo card project by clicking on the circle above the project title that you want to share.
- The circle will be outlined but you won't see anything else happen to the page. I was sitting there trying to figure this out for a while because my status bar looked like some kind of java was suppose to open.
5. Click on “Share Project” in the righthand menu
6. Type in “Title” and “Description” for your project (does not get included if you just embed the widget code)
7. Go to the “Next” step
8. Now you’ll see all the details of this promo, including the email address to send your blog post link to in order to get your $25 gift certificate.
9. Pick your embed method: Blogger or Widget Code.
- I choose the widget even though I have a blogger site because I wanted to be able to place it in a post. I'm not positive how the Blogger selection would have worked.
10. Don’t forget to email Shutterfly after you post your project!
