Earlier this year, I posted a list of dates when our national parks would be offering free admission for visitors to enjoy nature. The next date is this month to celebrate the first official day of the summer. On June 21, 2011, you can enter over 365 national parks for free.
Please note that this is for national parks and not state parks. If you are not sure about your local area, check the list before you arrive.
