$10 (Up to $30) Statement Credit on American Express for Small Business Saturday

.

Small Business Saturday is a promotion that was started with the help of American Express to promote shopping at the local mom & pop type stores instead of huge box companies that outsource.

From now until 11:59 P.M. MST on November 29, 2014 (unless the registration limit is reached sooner) you can register your American Express card for Small Business Saturday. You must register your card for the promotion in order to qualify.

On November 29, 2014, head out to your local small business and go shopping. You must spend at least $10 in one transaction (not two $5 transactions) and American Express will credit your account $10. That means that when you get your monthly statement, you'll see the purchase but you'll also see a $10 payment made by American Express. It's basically free money. This year, American Express will allow you to participate in this offer three times. That means you can earn up to a $30 credit.

Please note that the link provided is American Express' website https://www.americanexpress.com/us/small-business/shop-small/. From American Express you will be forwarded to a different American Express domain to register for the promotion. I provided the American Express link instead of the direct link to the registration page so that you can be assured this is an actual American Express promotion. Never give credit card information to a third party without first verifying the promotion with the original source.

Limit three (3) $10 statement credits per eligible American Express Card. To receive the offer, Card Members must register any eligible American Express Card for this offer. Corporate Cards and all prepaid Card products (other than American Express Serve® and Bluebird®) are not eligible. Full Offer Details
