Tax Free Shopping Days

Last time I visited my grandmother in Florida, I was surprised when I was charged tax on a pair of pants. I guess I take it for granted that Pennsylvania doesn't charge tax on clothing items.

If you live in a state that charges tax, I have some good news for you. A few states are participating in Tax Free Shopping Days during the back to school season. Famous Footwear has compiled a list of states. This chart only lists the information regarding items Famous Footwear sells, but it will let you know the states that are participating and what dates that state will be offering tax free shopping.
