World Resorts International has over 500 locations you can visit with this Groupon and while they are time share resorts, the description on Groupon specifically states that you won't have to sit though an annoying sales pitch.

Purchasers do not need WRI memberships and will not hear any sales pitches about timeshare rentals.

This really does sound like a good deal and there are no hidden fees because the Groupon includes the taxes, resort fees, and gratuities. It doesn't mention black out dates, but the staff member in the comment section did say the resort list was based on availability so I'd assume that the more popular destinations won't be available during prime travel dates, such as holidays.
