Are you a fan of PetHub on Facebook? Well they just reached 10,000 fans and they're celebrating by giving out free tags. Each tag is personalized with a QR code. You can create a free "bronze" account on the website to upload your pets contact information. If you want more features, you can upgrade to a silver or gold account.
The form on their Facebook page isn't working correctly, so they have created a second form on their blog. Just head over to PetHub to request your free tag. Once it arrives, you can create or update your account on PetHub to include your pet's unique code.
If your pet goes missing, someone can scan the tag to find your information. Don't worry if the person doesn't have a smartphone because the tag also includes an 800-number.
