PetHub is hosting a Summertime Adventures Video Contest. The grand prize is $500 and other prizes. Your video must feature one of Pet Hub's dog tags, but don't worry if you don't already have one. Just click the link on the bottom of the entry page to request your free tag. As long as you enter the contest, the tag is free. If you don't enter the contest, Pet Hub's fine print states they can charge you for the tag.
Please DO NOT apply for a free tag unless you are going to use it for the video contest. If you apply for a tag and do not enter the contest, PetHub reserves the right to send you a bill for the value of the ID tag (up to $14.95 plus S/H). If you enter the video contest...the tag is yours to keep for FREE.
