The Wall Street Journal just published an article stating that RIM (makers of Blackberry) wants to apologize for the service outage last week by offering over $100 in free apps to users.
There will be select free apps starting on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 and continuing for a four week period. The free apps include games, utilities, and more.
