This is a good deal if you are willing to "check-in" at your local movie theater. Yahoo! Movies and Regal Theaters have teamed up to run this promotion. Just head to http://popcorn.yahoo.net from any GPS enabled mobile phone. If you go to the website from a computer, it will give you an error message and direct you to the homepage for more information about the promotion.
It's our way of making summer movie season even hotter for Yahoo! Movies' fans. We've partnered with Regal Entertainment Group to give away a million bags of free popcorn this summer at any Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatres or Edwards Theatres location.
This will advertise on Facebook that you are at the movies, so if you don't like advertising your location or you called in sick to work to see Harry Potter don't use this app.
