It doesn't mention black out dates, but the staff member in the comment section did say the resort list was based on availability so I'd assume that the more popular destinations won't be available during prime travel dates, such as holidays.

This deal is for the resort only so you will also need to budget for airfare. It also includes the resort fees so if you select an all-inclusive location the Groupon might also include your meals and activities. Depending on the location the rooms can hold 2-8 people so split the cost of the room with your friends and this vacation is getting even better.
